Meanings of Cards
Arcturus represents power,and energy. Arcturus power also aids in healing and higher development of ones faculties.
Wisdom is saying to trust your instincts, open up to the unfamiliar.
Actions is the step that needs to be taken. Pay attention and listen to what resonates and know what is a truth or not the truth.

Reading:
Most times dreams are unresolved problems, that need to be worked out. Since you have been dreaming about this person, then there are feelings that has been stifled, which leads to the card Arcturus, reclaim your personal power, in that way the blockage that is not allowing you to see the solution, will be lifted.

The Wisdom card also is saying for you to let go of control and embrace the unknown. With the power of Arcturus , this is not an issue once achieved. The final card Action is very important. Hi Onyx, thanks for the reading.  I've familiarised myself with the rules and know I am permitted to ask 2 questions pertaining to the reading, however I was wondering if you could advise of the reversed meanings without it counting as a question =P  I have my own take on the reading but if the reverse meanings are as I think they are then they would be much more applicable to me.  I'm not familiar with the deck but I do like the sound of it. The aspects you've have touched upon are potential stumbling blocks in my life but I'm very good at pushing things to the back of my mind and leaving the dust to gather till theres too much to clear at once.   If you don't feel the reversed meanings are in sync with me then I'll happily talk more on the reading as it is   Thanks.

Onyx, you did a wonderful job with my reading and i must say you were very accurate on things. i'm definitly going to see about starting a dream journal and see if there's any kind of pattern to my dreams and to help me sort through the meanings of them.
