The Nine of Coins – The Lord of Material Gain:

Appearance:

Nine pentacles are displayed over an earthy backdrop. A white spiritual explosion is emanating from Yesod. Of the nine pentacles, three are arranged in a magickal formulate way that suggest movement in the metaphysical realms, while the other six are fully manifested into coinage. Of the six coins, three are arranged in an ascending triangle, masculine form, while the other three are in a descending triangle, feminine form. Though the coins are separated, they are bound together by the three pentacles in the center. The collision of the two forces represented by the triangles, the masculine and the feminine, has the capacity for creating the perfect union, or idea. When two forces collide, one must give way to the other. This collision is played out within the three center pentacles.

The metaphysical aspect of this card is the three coins emanating out of Yesod. This is apparent in the symbols of Spirit, Venus, & Virgo that are stamped on these three very metaphysical coins, and even though they have not materialized here on earth; they are the reason for the other six coin’s materialization. The reason for the planetary stampings on the coins is symbolic of the equilibrium that is apparent in all aspects of the results of planetary magick. The equilibrium that is apparent in this card will also be apparent in the material situation of the Querent or the dominant Court card.

Magickal Forecast – Week of Monday March 8, 2010 to Sunday March 14th, 2010.

6:00AM to 12:00PM: Monday and Tuesday; traveling in the house of Aquarius; Mercury & Jupiter will be together in the pre-dawn hours just before sunrise. They are going in opposite directions so their meeting will be brief. Working with these two forces together could be extremely rewarding. Some areas of personal benefit would be gaining detailed knowledge that could help in the mundane situational. This can be achieved with the help of gnosis tools such as the Tarot cards; The Magus & The Wheel of Fortune combined with the Cabbalistic utterance of: “Elohem-Tsev-a-ot” & “El” respectively, and can be tied-in with the bowtie (Unicursal-Hexagram).

The rest of the week will see Jupiter push ahead into an early daytime dominance. (Which to the occultist; esoterically marks the first days of spring). Mercury, moving in the opposite direction as Jupiter; is heading back towards a planetary alignment with Sol, which will start about Thursday, culminating on Sunday at noon. Magickal work with Jupiter in the morning and then Mercury till lunchtime will be very good. Both planets are leaving the severe-planetary-grouping of the preceding weeks and the minor-dominances are welcome. (Both planetary paths are leading to major dominances in the near future, so the vibe is good.) And the same gnosis tools as above are recommended: Jupiter - Wheel of Fortune: & the utterance of: “EL”. ** & ** Mercury: – The Fool and/or the Magician & the utterance of: “Elohem-Tsev-a-ot”.

The early afternoons will see Venus lag behind the groupings that have been bunched-up around the Sun, allowing the practioneer a brief opportunity to do Magickal work with our lady Venus. With the Tarot card The Empress and the Utterance of: “HehYodVauHe-Tsev-a-ot”, contact with the Olympic Spirit of Venus could be nice, albeit brief.
